Elite Hail Systems is a family-owned company focused on making the hail repair process simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Since 2018, we have helped customers repair hail damage, protect their vehicles, and navigate the insurance process with confidence.
Who We Are
Elite Hail Systems operates real brick-and-mortar shop locations in Englewood, Colorado and Independence, Missouri, and has served customers across multiple storm-hit regions. Our team specializes in auto hail repair and Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), helping restore vehicles while keeping the process as smooth as possible from start to finish.
We understand that dealing with hail damage can feel overwhelming. That’s why our approach is built around handling the details for you — from inspection to insurance coordination to final repair.
Meet Sully, Our Shop Dog
Sully is part of the Elite Hail Systems family and our official shop dog. You may have seen him in his Elite Hail uniform on our social media, helping us remind customers that hail repair does not have to feel stressful, confusing, or impersonal.
When you see “Sully Approved,” it means the experience should feel friendly, honest, and taken care of from start to finish.
Sully Fun Facts
Sully is our mini goldendoodle shop dog. His favorite treats are pig ears and chicken treats, and his biggest weakness is stealing human food when no one is looking.

What Is Paintless Dent Repair?
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a specialized process used to remove dents without sanding, fillers, or repainting. When your vehicle qualifies, PDR allows us to repair hail damage while keeping your original factory paint intact.
That matters because factory paint helps protect your vehicle’s appearance and long-term value. Instead of repainting, our experienced PDR technicians use specialized tools to carefully reshape the metal back into place.
Our PDR technicians each have 14 to 30+ years of hands-on experience, giving customers confidence that their vehicle is being repaired by skilled professionals.
If your vehicle needs more than PDR, our team can handle that as well and will take care of the entire repair process from start to finish.
We Stand Behind Our Work
Elite Hail Systems is not a temporary or pop-up operation. We operate real shop locations in Englewood, Colorado and Independence, Missouri and have built our reputation on quality repairs, dependable service, and taking care of customers the right way.
We are backed by an A+ BBB rating and hundreds of reviews averaging 4.8 stars, which reflects the trust customers place in our team.
That is what gives our lifetime warranty real value.
