I have taken my vehicle to elite hail systems twice in the last 2 years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful their staff is. Once I took my vehicle into the shop they took care of everything else. They were great about keeping me informed of what needed to be done and got my SUV back in a short amount of time. I worked specifically with Jimmer and I can truly say you will not meet a more honest man. The extra time and work he put into my SUV was unexpected and greatly appreciated. In a big city where you may find it difficult to find trustworthy people I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to them for any hail damage repairs. I had such a great experiences with Elite Hail Systems that when another one of my cars was hit while parked in front of my house I called Jimmer for some advice. I didn't know where I should take my car for body damage like that and knew I trusted Jimmer to point me in the right direction. He did more than I expected as usual and told me to have my car towed to the shop and he would have his staff take care of it. The car was totaled but Jimmer took his personal time and helped me find another great car to get into. I'm thankful that businesses like this with hard working honest people are still around. 10/10!! I had my vehicle for about a month & less than 1k miles when I got hail damage in the spring of 2022. I put off getting it repaired until that following winter because of my deductible until I found Elite Hail Systems in my online search. I had an amazing experience working with these guys! They were so helpful. Lonnie was awesome & he even met me at my nearest enterprise to my job during my lunch so I didn’t have to travel from Aurora to englewood! It took them only about 1.5-2 weeks to repair all of the damage & My car was brand new again. I didn’t have to drive around embarrassed by hail damage anymore. With all of the recent hail I’ve referred a lot of my friends to them & if I ever encounter another hail storm I will be going back to them as well. They are so friendly & do great work. & they mean it when they said it’ll cost $0 out of pocket! Thank you guys so much!
