Elite Hail Systems finished the GREAT REPAIRS earlier than the promised date. The workmanship was OUTSTANDING. You are not able to see that there was hail damage to our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Not only was the workmanship great, but the support staff were top notch. They kept us informed each step of the repair process. Elite Hail Systems WAIVED THE DEDUCTIBLE as well as provided the FREE rental vehicle. Other hail repair companies said that the deductible was waived and offered a free rental vehicle. However, one company stated the advertisement card left on our vehicle was wrong, and if we needed a rental vehicle they would only waive 1/2 the deductible. Well Elite Hail Systems lived up to what they stated: Deductible waived, free rental, and completed the vehicle repairs in 1 week. Elite Hail Systems will have my referrals for all hail damage repairs. They were GREAT, and I would recommend them to you, and anyone else who needs repairs completed. I would have given them more than 5 Stars, but that is all that I could give them. Elite Hail System did an amazing job and went above and beyond to get my car done as fast as possible as I was traveling for work and needed my car fixed as soon as possible and they handled the whole process from making the claim and providing a rental car!! And I want to say a special thanks to Miss Donna as she was my contact and took all my calls and made me feel at ease when I was all out of sorts due to the damage the hail did to my brand new car!!!

Believe the Hype! This is one of those times where too good to be true does not apply. I had my Jeep repaired by Elite and they did not disappoint. The service was excellent. My rep (Chad Davis) met me at the Enterprise location, handled the paperwork and took my Jeep from there. Upon completion he met me back at Enterprise we exchanged vehicles and I went on my way. That extra effort saved me a few hours of drive time and hassle which was great. The overall process was seamless, and I did not come out of pocket a single dollar on the deal. If you have hail damage and are looking for great service and quality work, you should see Rob Nelson and his team at Elite. If I have future damage to my vehicles I’ll be back and will be recommending them as well.
