I assumed it was wise... read moreOur car's driver-side passenger door got a huge hole in it from something large thrown off a gravel hauler speeding past us as we were getting onto I-25. I made an insurance claim right away. I assumed it was wise to choose one of the insurance company's preferred providers. It took over 6 weeks to get an appointment to get it looked at and written up by that franchise of a huge company. It took longer yet to get an appointment for the repairs. We took the car in, called four days later to check on it, and learned no service had been started yet! We lost the use of our car for a week with nothing to show for it!! That franchise didn't care about our needs as customers at all! I then called someone I know in the collision industry. He told me about the service and customer service at Elite Collision Systems. Todd set an appointment with us that week to write up the estimate. He said work would start the next day and drove the car into their shop. That saved us an extra trip. He arranged for direct payment from our insurance company and made sure our car was repaired and repainted in a timely manner. We were able to pick it up in 8 days, on the day and time we requested. The work was done perfectly. We received a clean, like-new car without any hassles. We wholeheartedly recommend this independent business that cares about its customers. Though the name above says Hail, the company is in the collision repair business, too. read less

They went above and beyond to setup my appointment almost immediately, open a claim with my insurance, provide me with a rental car, paid my $1,000 insurance deductible and even took out a couple extra door dings along the way! This cost me absolutely nothing out of pocket and it took them just under 2 weeks over the busy Thanksgiving holiday! WOW! Sound too good to be true? Not a problem, just dial their number and see for yourself! You won't regret it! I 100% recommend that you work with Elite Hail Systems if you have hail damage...even if you think it's just "light" damage. Lonnie made a trip out to look at my vehicle, made an appointment for us to drop it off at their shop that weekend, provided us with a rental car and 2 weeks later we were able to pick up our Durango and drop off our rental at their shop and they took care of returning it for us. Lonnie communicated with us through the process and handled all of the insurance for us. All I had to do was answer a few questions from our insurance company and it was all take care of. Ian with Elite was great also, he made us feel very comfortable when we dropped our vehicle off and picked it up. We highly recommend Elite Hail Systems for Paintless Dent Removal!! read less

I was randomly given a business card for Elite Hail Systems back in 2018, so while I was sitting at home during the pandemic I stumbled on the card and called to see if I could still get my truck fixed. I was greeted with exceptional service and was able to get my truck in the next day. Even with the extended gap of the claim date EHS was able to get what they needed from insurance and get my truck fixed. I have a 2010 Nissan Titan and I can't tell you how many compliments I've received in the past couple weeks from people saying the truck looks brand new. Incredible service and exceptional detail work. All around satisfied. read less

I cannot say enough about how wonderful their staff is. Once I took my vehicle into the shop they took care of everything else. They were great about keeping me informed of what needed to be done and got my SUV back in a short amount of time. I worked specifically with Jimmer and I can truly say you will not meet a more honest man. The extra time and work he put into my SUV was unexpected and greatly appreciated. In a big city where you may find it difficult to find trustworthy people I would highly recommend you take your vehicle to them for any hail damage repairs. I had such a great experiences with Elite Hail Systems that when another one of my cars was hit while parked in front of my house I called Jimmer for some advice. I didn't know where I should take my car for body damage like that and knew I trusted Jimmer to point me in the right direction. He did more than I expected as usual and told me to have my car towed to the shop and he would have his staff take care of it. The car was totaled but Jimmer took his personal time and helped me find another great car to get into. I'm thankful that businesses like this with hard working honest people are still around. This eliminated us from having to deal with them. After getting the approval for repair, his crew began and completed the repair in 3 days. Upon seeing the completed repair I was ecstatic. It looked brand new again, as if it was never damaged. If I ever am subjected to such hail damage again I will definately be patronizing "Elite Hail Systems". Found out that wasn't true, and actually its called steering and its illegal! The service was excellent. My rep (Chad Davis) met me at the Enterprise location, handled the paperwork and took my Jeep from there. Upon completion he met me back at Enterprise we exchanged vehicles and I went on my way. That extra effort saved me a few hours of drive time and hassle which was great. The overall process was seamless, and I did not come out of pocket a single dollar on the deal. If you have hail damage and are looking for great service and quality work, you should see Rob Nelson and his team at Elite. There was a few communication issues between Elite Hail and my insurance company, which resulted in my having to call or stop by the shop 3 times during the process (instead of being proactively called by Elite Hail) Also, it took closer to 6 weeks total time to have my car fixed. Aside from those challenges, the quality of work that they put out is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I couldn't believe how beautiful my car looked when I went to pick her up, she looked like a brand new car! Based off their quality of work, I would recommend them to anyone! read less

You are not able to see that there was hail damage to our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Not only was the workmanship great, but the support staff were top notch. They kept us informed each step of the repair process. Elite Hail Systems WAIVED THE DEDUCTIBLE as well as provided the FREE rental vehicle. Other hail repair companies said that the deductible was waived and offered a free rental vehicle. However, one company stated the advertisement card left on our vehicle was wrong, and if we needed a rental vehicle they would only waive 1/2 the deductible. Well Elite Hail Systems lived up to what they stated: Deductible waived, free rental, and completed the vehicle repairs in 1 week. Elite Hail Systems will have my referrals for all hail damage repairs. They were GREAT, and I would recommend them to you, and anyone else who needs repairs completed. I would have given them more than 5 Stars, but that is all that I could give them. After doing my research, I decided to give Elite a try...and I am so glad that I did! Elite is an impressive company-all the way around-which is a rare gem to find. My insurance was horrendous, and messed up several portions of managing my claim, but Elite was in my corner throughout the whole process, from giving me the time I needed to decide what to do (without any pressure), to talking me off the ledge when insurance was overwhelming. The entire staff is kind, professional, and compassionate. Donna was particularly wonderful and far more helpful than insurance in helping me weigh my options. The work done on my vehicle was immaculate. I have received several compliments that it looks like a brand new car. I took my car in, he filed the claim for me and met with the adjuster so I didn't have to. They quoted me about three weeks for the work to be done but, it only took one week. So what did I do? I looked them up on BBB, checked reviews on Yelp, Google, etc and I drove over to their location to make sure it wasn't a fly by night business.I met Donna and a few of the team members and had a very good feeling as soon as I walked in the door. I made an appointment right then and there. I had hail damage in 2018 and just looking at my car every day annoyed me. Well, I met Lonnie on the day of my appointment and was immediately greeted and put at ease and received top-notch service. He explained the entire process, took me to get my car washed and then to the rental company to get my rental car. As soon as I got my rental car (which was a 2019 SUV with very little miles on it), Lonnie took my car away and told me not to worry about anything.Lonnie and his team handled everything and I didn't even have to do the claim process with my insurance company. After a week, I got my car and couldn't even tell it ever had any hail damage! No deductible, no rental car fees, no out of pocket expenses and an excellent process from start to finish! They also have a referral deal so if you have been wanting to get your cars hail damage fixed, they are the best in town and you will be as pleasantly surprised and pleased as I was! read less

I would just say it was a little difficult getting a status when I called, and I had to call them as they didn't keep me updated in the progress. I was able to actually bring my car in, and get a rental on the same day I called, there was no wait unlike some auto body repair shops that have you waiting months just to get your car in for an estimate. They had a rental waiting (as I called ahead). After that they had my car for 2 weeks, which is exactly the time they said. They sent me an email every step of the way. They even took care of submitting the estimate to my insurance company and I didn't even have to speak to them once. Insurance approved estimate without any hassle (which is rare). They didn't ask for any form of payment and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. If you're wondering where to take your car to, you've found it. I just wish I had before pictures to post, but when my car was done it looked brand new. Ian was the nicest and made sure I knew what was happening every step in the process. These guys are quick, efficient and seem to really care about your car. read less

The service was excellent. My rep (Chad Davis) met me at the Enterprise location, handled the paperwork and took my Jeep from there. Upon completion he met me back at Enterprise we exchanged vehicles and I went on my way. That extra effort saved me a few hours of drive time and hassle which was great. The overall process was seamless, and I did not come out of pocket a single dollar on the deal. Jimmer (one of the owners) had left a few notes on my car, and I figured he was just another dude trying to sell me on something. I'm not exactly a car person, and anytime anyone approaches me about car stuff, I generally shrug it off and promptly forget about it.But, after actually talking with Jimmer and accusing him of trying to sell me on something, I realized I was actually wrong! All I had to do was bring in my car, they'd fix it up and get rid of all the damage, give me a rental car FOR FREE, and bill my insurance company so I didn't have to pay a cent! Still, I kinda thought this was too good to be true, but it actually wasn't. I paid nothing, Jimmer called my insurance for me, Elite made my car look brand new, and they even vacuumed out all the dirt (and dog hair) that was in my car. Jimmer went the extra mile and fixed what he could on my bumper, which was damaged when someone rear-ended me a few months ago. Being a person who'd rather ignore car issues than actually deal with them, Jimmer and the Elite team made me glad that, for once, I didn't! I felt like I could trust Jimmer--he and the team treated me like a daughter--and they delivered superior results! I was reluctant to take my car into shops to get it fixed because I heard so many horror stories, like shops taking months to actually fix your car, endless battles with insurance, paying tons of money out of pocket etc.
But after seeing an ad for elite hail systems I finally decided to get my car fixed.
Rob answered my call right away and said I could bring my car in that day.
When I arrived I filled out a bit of paperwork and had a rental car ready for me.
Rob and team handled all the logistics with insurance and paid my rental car fees, which meant I paid zero out of pocket.
1.5 weeks later when I got my car. I hardly recognized it. Not only did they flawlessly get rid of every dent they detailed my car and I swear it looked better than when I drove it off the lot.
Every person I interacted with at elite was friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond in any circumstance.

I recently was due to turn in my 2016 Ford Fusion per the end of my lease. Ford sent an inspection team out to assess any excess wear and tear on my vehicle prior to handing it in. What I thought would be minor or non-chargeable wear & tear actually came out to about $4,000 worth of damage, and the car was due to be turned in that week, not to mention my insurance had JUST EXPIRED! Pity party aside, I had a full-on panic attack, and did not know what to do. After looking around for a solution, I came across Elite Hail Systems. Donna Kerlin was my point of contact throughout the entire process. Not only did she guide me in a very professional and compassionate manner to my scenario, but by partnering with progressive on my damage that happened within my insurance policy, Donna and Elite Hail systems were also able to help me repair all of my damage with absolutely zero dollars out of pocket. Had it not been for this location, I would’ve accrued massive debt from this instance and would’ve been emotionally roughed up for a good while. I would recommend this place to anyone. My car looked like a golf ball, entirely covered in dents, even had my brake lights broken out. Elite Hail Systems made a home call to assess the damages, and we made an appointment to get my 2014 Honda Accord back in business. They paid my $500 deductible and rental car expenses for the 3ish weeks it took to repair the damages. Got my car back and it looked brand spanking new. She went above and beyond to get our estimate approved quickly so we weren't stuck in our awful rental car for longer than necessary. When Enterprise sold said car while it was rented to us and demanded it back the next day, she worked to make sure we got the least stressful resolution out of it. He told me all about the services Elite Hail offered and gave me his card. I have been scammed multiple times before so I was very skeptical about this at first. Especially since they are a relatively new company without many reviews yet. Skye made my girlfriend and I feel 100% comfortable before we committed by explaining every step of the process and being completely transparent. We agreed to go through with it and met him at an local Enterprise where we were set up with a nice new Ford Explorer. The estimate on our hail damage totaled up to almost $9,000 which was much higher than I was expecting. The repairs to our RAV4 were done ahead of schedule in about a week and our car came back looking great. Elite Hail made this entire process of getting these repairs very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend them if you have previous hail damage and I will definitely be telling all of my friends about Elite Hail Solutions! read less
