There is so few times that a note left on your car leads to a good time. However, when I left park meadows to a sticky note on my car. I somehow found a great company. Rob saw my car damaged by hail, and left a note. I was so unbelievably confused, but I am always open minded. Figured based on other reviews, it'd be a good process. However, when I went in there I got told 3 weeks minimum, I was like oh boy a I get a crappy rental for 3 weeks. Nope, they over estimated. I sit here in my suv, smooth as butter, a scance 1.5 weeks later. Every single person in that shop will treat you like family, every singe person. From the person at the door to the lead guy I talked to who does the repairs. They will take care of you. They won't work miracles like make the poor decisions you did to your own car fixed. But the poor decisions by mother nature will be gone. If I ever need help again, I'll go nowhere else.

Working with Eli Daniely and Elite Hail Systems was an absolutely amazing experience! Nearly $20k in hail damage on two of our vehicles was repaired and the repairs were superb, not a single sign of hail damage whatsoever! I got hit pretty bad up in Thornton from the storm in early summer. I got a card for Elite and was skeptical at first. Seemed too good to be true. From the moment I contacted them, they were great from start to finish. Everyone was professional and friendly. They even went above and beyond for my truck. It honestly looks better than it did before it got hit with hail! You won’t be disappointed with Elite Hail Systems. The zero out of pocket cost is true. Not a penny paid. For repairs or a rental. They also worked directly with my insurance which was nice. Thank you to everyone who helped repair my truck! I will for sure be coming back if I get hail damage again.

THRILLED with my experiences at Elite. They paid my deductible and provided a rental car. I went to them years ago to get hail damage repaired and just had another vehicle repaired by them and they do outstanding work!! They even detailed my car and got some Laffy taffy removed that had been stuck for a long time. I had been unable to get it out after many attempts. I literally gasped when I opened the door and saw the taffy was gone 😂😂 My car looks back to brand new!!

They did incredible work - I can’t tell there was any damage to begin with. The process went exactly how it’s laid out on their website. They covered my deductible as promised, dealt with insurance for me, and even though I didn’t have rental reimbursement as part of my coverage, they took care of that for me for two weeks. The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful as well (shoutout to Laura and Donna!). They made a very stressful time so much less worrisome. Highly, highly recommended!

After a terrible hail storm we endured hail damage to 2 of our vehicles. Elite Hail Systems was hands down the easiest and most honest place I have ever dealt with. Their communication and customer service was top notch. From the front desk staff to the owners everyone was so friendly and always provided as much detail as possible. What should be an absolute headache could not have been easier. They handled the whole thing for me. Basically dropped my car off and picked it up without spending a dime. After a big summer hail storm, my car had quite a lot of damage. Because the storm was so widespread, my insurance company was far behind on approving repairs. While the repair took longer than I expected, most of the delay was caused by my insurance. Elite Hail did a great job with the repair. The car looked beautiful after their work! They were also true to their word, covering the cost of a car rental for the time that they had my car. I so appreciate their skill and professionalism.

Amazing repair work. Even if they replaced parts it could not look any better. Over 20 nickel to quarter sized dents on hood alone are gone without a trace. Kris and her team treat your car like its their own and treat you like part of the family. Recommend without reservation!! Will use again.

Our car's driver-side passenger door got a huge hole in it from something large thrown off a gravel hauler speeding past us as we were getting onto I-25. I made an insurance claim right away. I assumed it was wise to choose one of the insurance company's preferred providers. It took over 6 weeks to get an appointment to get it looked at and written up by that franchise of a huge company. It took longer yet to get an appointment for the repairs. We took the car in, called four days later to check on it, and learned no service had been started yet! We lost the use of our car for a week with nothing to show for it!! That franchise didn't care about our needs as customers at all! I then called someone I know in the collision industry. He told me about the service and customer service at Elite Collision Systems. Todd set an appointment with us that week to write up the estimate. He said work would start the next day and drove the car into their shop. That saved us an extra trip. He arranged for direct payment from our insurance company and made sure our car was repaired and repainted in a timely manner. We were able to pick it up in 8 days, on the day and time we requested. The work was done perfectly. We received a clean, like-new car without any hassles. We wholeheartedly recommend this independent business that cares about its customers. Though the name above says Hail, the company is in the collision repair business, too.

I had about $8-$9k in light hail damage. They went above and beyond to setup my appointment almost immediately, open a claim with my insurance, provide me with a rental car, paid my $1,000 insurance deductible and even took out a couple extra door dings along the way! We couldn't have went through anyone better than Elite !! It was 2 weeks before we left CO that we was hit with hail damage and even though they were pushed for time they got our suburban back to new in a professional and timely manner. They did it all for us, the claim to the insurance, the inspection, the rental car everything. I had a unique situation as my truck was damaged from hail back in 2016 but due to high wait times from other auto-body dealers I was unable to get it in to get fixed. I was randomly given a business card for Elite Hail Systems back in 2018, so while I was sitting at home during the pandemic I stumbled on the card and called to see if I could still get my truck fixed. I was greeted with exceptional service and was able to get my truck in the next day. Even with the extended gap of the claim date EHS was able to get what they needed from insurance and get my truck fixed. I have a 2010 Nissan Titan and I can't tell you how many compliments I've received in the past couple weeks from people saying the truck looks brand new. Incredible service and exceptional detail work. All around satisfied.

I finally got hail damage repaired from last May and holy smokes, it was glorious doing business with Elite. They are friendly, people-centered, work directly with insurance, and the best part---they take care of the windshield, too!!! So many less headaches, appointments and phone calls just with that last piece, considering my windshield has the cameras that need to be recalibrated with replacement:)

I have taken my vehicle to elite hail systems twice in the last 2 years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful their staff is. Once I took my vehicle into the shop they took care of everything else. They were great about keeping me informed of what needed to be done and got my SUV back in a short amount of time. Robby and his crew did an outstanding job for us. We had a 2016 Lexus IS 350 damaged severely (in my opinion) by hail in Castle Rock. I contacted Robby and he began addressing all the issues and concerns with our insurance company for the repair. This eliminated us from having to deal with them. After getting the approval for repair, his crew began and completed the repair in 3 days. Upon seeing the completed repair I was ecstatic. It looked brand new again, as if it was never damaged. Ya'll... this company is LEGIT. I was really skeptical at first because you never know with this hail damage repair companies, right? What a great Concept! My only hesitation on dropping the car off was the cost, but Elite took care of that and paid my deductable. I didn't pay a dime. I had no clue I could take my car wherever I wanted, i thought i had to go where my insurance told me to go to. Found out that wasn't true, and actually its called steering and its illegal! I'm so glad I chose Elite hail systems and now i know when i get hit again, i can just come right back and have them fix it again for free. Thanks for such a great service. Believe the Hype! This is one of those times where too good to be true does not apply. I had my Jeep repaired by Elite and they did not disappoint. The service was excellent. My rep (Chad Davis) met me at the Enterprise location, handled the paperwork and took my Jeep from there. Upon completion he met me back at Enterprise we exchanged vehicles and I went on my way. That extra effort saved me a few hours of drive time and hassle which was great. The overall process was seamless, and I did not come out of pocket a single dollar on the deal. If I have future damage to my vehicles I’ll be back and will be recommending them as well.

I had hail damage from a storm back in May, took my car into Elite Hail Systems to have the damage fixed ($8500 worth of damage) I was told at the time of dropping my car off that it could take up to 4 weeks to get everything fixed which I was okay with. There was a few communication issues between Elite Hail and my insurance company, which resulted in my having to call or stop by the shop 3 times during the process (instead of being proactively called by Elite Hail) Also, it took closer to 6 weeks total time to have my car fixed. Aside from those challenges, the quality of work that they put out is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I couldn't believe how beautiful my car looked when I went to pick her up, she looked like a brand new car! Based off their quality of work, I would recommend them to anyone!

Elite Hail Systems finished the GREAT REPAIRS earlier than the promised date. The workmanship was OUTSTANDING. You are not able to see that there was hail damage to our 2017 Hyundai Tucson. Not only was the workmanship great, but the support staff were top notch. They kept us informed each step of the repair process. Elite Hail Systems WAIVED THE DEDUCTIBLE as well as provided the FREE rental vehicle. Other hail repair companies said that the deductible was waived and offered a free rental vehicle. However, one company stated the advertisement card left on our vehicle was wrong, and if we needed a rental vehicle they would only waive 1/2 the deductible. Well Elite Hail Systems lived up to what they stated: Deductible waived, free rental, and completed the vehicle repairs in 1 week. My sales guy was Brad. I had hail damage to my car and needed some work done. Brad was super courteous, easy to communicate with and was keeping me in the loop during the whole processes. I took my car in, he filed the claim for me and met with the adjuster so I didn't have to. They quoted me about three weeks for the work to be done but, it only took one week. The work they did was amazing. I would definitely recommend Brad at Elite and if I had another hail claim I would call him again.

Jimmer was persuasive but I am glad for that. My experience with Elite Hail Systems was excellent. The service and workmanship was outstanding, and the whole process could not have been easier. I spent one hour dropping off my car and getting the rental. Jimmer and Donna kept me apprised throughout the process. I picked up my car today and it looks amazing!! All the damage is gone...like magic. And, as he promised, it cost me nothing for the repairs or car rental. Well, okay, I re-filled the gas tank on the rental, but $25 is easy to swallow considering my car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot six years ago with only seven miles on the odometer.

These guys were great from the time I called to set my appointment until I picked my car up. They were on top of every single step and provided timely updates. The best part was when it came time to pick up my car. I was stuck in traffic in my rental car ( which they arranged for me) and there was no way to make it by close. They stayed in the office an extra 10 minutes to make sure I got my car back that evening and didn't have to come all the way back. Way to go Elite!

I am a very skeptical individual by nature so when I received a flyer in the mail of this business, I was very skeptical. So what did I do? I looked them up on BBB, checked reviews on Yelp, Google, etc and I drove over to their location to make sure it wasn't a fly by night business.I met Donna and a few of the team members and had a very good feeling as soon as I walked in the door. I made an appointment right then and there. I had hail damage in 2018 and just looking at my car every day annoyed me. Well, I met Lonnie on the day of my appointment and was immediately greeted and put at ease and received top-notch service. He explained the entire process, took me to get my car washed and then to the rental company to get my rental car. As soon as I got my rental car (which was a 2019 SUV with very little miles on it), Lonnie took my car away and told me not to worry about anything.Lonnie and his team handled everything and I didn't even have to do the claim process with my insurance company. After a week, I got my car and couldn't even tell it ever had any hail damage! No deductible, no rental car fees, no out of pocket expenses and an excellent process from start to finish! They also have a referral deal so if you have been wanting to get your cars hail damage fixed, they are the best in town and you will be as pleasantly surprised and pleased as I was!

Elite took care of my entire hail claim which was over 8k worth of repair. Everyone was very friendly. They took care of my deductible AND provided a rental care through Enterprise at no cost to me for the entire duration of the repair. Although it took several weeks, the outcome was great. I would just say it was a little difficult getting a status when I called, and I had to call them as they didn't keep me updated in the progress. So thankful that they even buffed our a scratch In my bumper that was not related to the claim, no cost to me either. Overall, very satisfied. I would definitely use them again!

A month ago my new black BMW was hailed on. After I got over the shock I started searching for paintless repair shops and got a referral to Elite Hail Systems. I picked my car up yesterday (8 days after dropping it off) and it looks great. I had been worried as black cars tend to show all imperfections but I really can't find evidence of the hail damage. The most amazing experience I've ever had. I was able to actually bring my car in, and get a rental on the same day I called, there was no wait unlike some auto body repair shops that have you waiting months just to get your car in for an estimate. They had a rental waiting (as I called ahead). After that they had my car for 2 weeks, which is exactly the time they said. They sent me an email every step of the way. They even took care of submitting the estimate to my insurance company and I didn't even have to speak to them once. Insurance approved estimate without any hassle (which is rare). They didn't ask for any form of payment and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. If you're wondering where to take your car to, you've found it. I just wish I had before pictures to post, but when my car was done it looked brand new. Ian was the nicest and made sure I knew what was happening every step in the process. I was really nervous about bringing my car to this place until I did my research online and saw their reviews so I told myself why not. Fletcher reached out to me and was super nice and made everything very simple and understanding. They also had to deal with my crappy insurance but at the end they made it easy for me. Do you like first-class service, great communication, family and veteran-owned businesses, and people who go the extra mile for you?! That's what you'll find at Elite Hail!At first, I was like nah... I'll wait until the end of hail season. Jimmer (one of the owners) had left a few notes on my car, and I figured he was just another dude trying to sell me on something. I'm not exactly a car person, and anytime anyone approaches me about car stuff, I generally shrug it off and promptly forget about it.But, after actually talking with Jimmer and accusing him of trying to sell me on something, I realized I was actually wrong! All I had to do was bring in my car, they'd fix it up and get rid of all the damage, give me a rental car FOR FREE, and bill my insurance company so I didn't have to pay a cent! Still, I kinda thought this was too good to be true, but it actually wasn't. I paid nothing, Jimmer called my insurance for me, Elite made my car look brand new, and they even vacuumed out all the dirt (and dog hair) that was in my car. Jimmer went the extra mile and fixed what he could on my bumper, which was damaged when someone rear-ended me a few months ago. Being a person who'd rather ignore car issues than actually deal with them, Jimmer and the Elite team made me glad that, for once, I didn't! I felt like I could trust Jimmer--he and the team treated me like a daughter--and they delivered superior results! Rob and his team are the best of the best in this industry! A couple years back Rob left a sticky note on my car when I was in a target parking lot, at the time I thought it was so weird, but I'm so glad I called him! I did lots of research before taking my first car there a couple years back, in which I had the best service and they did an amazing job on my car!When I got caught in a hail storm last month in my new car, I wasn't even worried! I called Rob that evening (Friday), by Saturday Rob had called me back and set me up to bring my car in Monday! They file all the insurance paperwork, pay the deductible and get you into a rental car while they repair your car. They make everything so easy and hassle free! They are always keeping you up to date on your car and whenever you call, no matter who answers, they are always able to tell you exactly where your car is in it's repair without hesitation. I picked up my car from ELITE Hail Systems yesterday and almost cried with happiness! They did such an amazing job repairing hail damage on my first new car (2018 Subaru Crosstrek). Dan really took care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend Elite Hail Systems - not only did they repair all the hail damage, they gave my car an interior detail and exterior wash. I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life and up until last summer had somehow avoided the dreaded hail storms that seem to come every year. But then the expected happened and my car was pummeled with ice pellets falling from the sky resulting in more bumps and bruises than a pubescent teenage boy.

I was so fortunate to find Elite Hail Systems in my search for a good hail repair place. It was a great experience from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about this business. I recently was due to turn in my 2016 Ford Fusion per the end of my lease. Ford sent an inspection team out to assess any excess wear and tear on my vehicle prior to handing it in. What I thought would be minor or non-chargeable wear & tear actually came out to about $4,000 worth of damage, and the car was due to be turned in that week, not to mention my insurance had JUST EXPIRED! Pity party aside, I had a full-on panic attack, and did not know what to do. After looking around for a solution, I came across Elite Hail Systems. Donna Kerlin was my point of contact throughout the entire process. Not only did she guide me in a very professional and compassionate manner to my scenario, but by partnering with progressive on my damage that happened within my insurance policy, Donna and Elite Hail systems were also able to help me repair all of my damage with absolutely zero dollars out of pocket. Had it not been for this location, I would’ve accrued massive debt from this instance and would’ve been emotionally roughed up for a good while. I would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent Service!! 10/10 recommend , super easy to handle business with Elite Hail Systems, everything was taken care of for me, even got a rental car while my car was being repaired. I received a note with only a phone number to call that was left on my window. I called the number and spoke with Cameron, he was such a pleasant person to work with he made me feel very confident in the proposition that was being presented to me. I own a 2018 Mercedes Benz and the work done to it was perfect, my car looks like new after driving it around with hail damage. Now my car is hail damage free thanks to Elite Hail Systems!

The clear coat on the hood started to bubble and peel—it looked awful. I took the car into Elite and they were able to fix everything and exceeded my expectations. The hood looks as good as new! Cannot say enough good things about Elite Hail Systems. I had procrastinated on getting my damage from the May 2017 hail storm (I live in Golden where it got it the worst) and the my insurance company estimated $9000 worth of work. My car looked like a golf ball, entirely covered in dents, even had my brake lights broken out. Elite Hail Systems made a home call to assess the damages, and we made an appointment to get my 2014 Honda Accord back in business. They paid my $500 deductible and rental car expenses for the 3ish weeks it took to repair the damages. Got my car back and it looked brand spanking new. Everything was handled professionally and cordially. I will absolutely recommend their services to anyone and everyone.

After our new Subaru Legacy got hit in the hail storm last month, I took my car to a few places to get estimates. I got Elites's info from a local business in our neighborhood. We worked with Hali and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to get our estimate approved quickly so we weren't stuck in our awful rental car for longer than necessary. When Enterprise sold said car while it was rented to us and demanded it back the next day, she worked to make sure we got the least stressful resolution out of it. She dropped our car back to my husband while I was out of town and it looks great! Can't even tell it was damaged. Will definitely reach out to her again if/when another storm rolls through.

I just moved from Chicago to Denver and didn't know about the crazy hail season here! My car got hammered last weekend and looked like swiss cheese. I called right away and Paul Helfrich was so informative and easy to work with - he calmed my fears right away and got my car in within a day. He also took care of booking me a rental, even though because there was SO MUCH hail damage in the area that most rental car companies were sold out. Elite Hail noticed I had hail damage on my newly Leased Subaru. We quickly arranged an appointment and Elite provided a rental car for me while my car was repaired. Faster than they estimated my car was finished. Very professional work. They don't use paint like many other companies do, but the quality of repair was A+ work.
