Real Reviews From Elite Hail
Systems Customers

Lonnie was amazing in helping us get our 2013 GMC truck fixed to perfection. He was extremely professional, helpful and went out of his way to be accommodating during the entire process. We had very little to worry about and were completely taken care of from the very beginning until delivery of our vehicle. Elite Hail Systems did a wonderful job and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks much to all that helped us. Sincerely, Mike

Ian and the others at Elite were very easy to work with. They have a great system for setting up a rental car and getting your car in and out of their shop quickly. The work was great and the car looks like new. Thanks guys!

Elite Hail Systems is great! They gave a fair quote, no hidden charges and true to their word. They spent additional time and resources to make our door look great and they didn’t charge for the extras. Highly recommend Elite Hail Systems.

Elite Hail did an awesome job on my car! Tyler was the one that helped me through it all! Whenever I needed an update I would give him a text and he would always give me a response! On top of that I was given a rental that they paid for. What great customer service they have! 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience! Very professional and fast service. They did a great job getting the hail damage out of my F150!

Just picked up my truck and it looks brand new! Perfect work! They were absolutely swamped with hail work this summer, big time, and still provided outstanding service and responsiveness. They took care of literally everything, including my deductable. All i did was drop it off and pick it up, not a penny out of pocket. Highly recomend these folks!

After a terrible hail storm we endured hail damage to 2 of our vehicles. Elite Hail Systems was hands down the easiest and most honest place I have ever dealt with. Their communication and customer service was top notch. From the front desk staff to the owners everyone was so friendly and always provided as much detail as possible. Both vehicles turned out amazing. Hopefully we don't have to go through this again but if we do we will absolutely be using them for all future needs!!

Just had my car repaired due to pretty significant hail damage. Elite was great. My car was in and repaired quickly. Elite handled all the communications with the insurance company making the process smooth. Job was done before promised, and my car looks great.

Skye approached me in a Safeway parking lot to talk to me about some hail damage he could see on my car from last Spring. He told me all about the services Elite Hail offered and gave me his card. I have been scammed multiple times before so I was very skeptical about this at first. Especially since they are a relatively new company without many reviews yet. Skye made my girlfriend and I feel 100% comfortable before we committed by explaining every step of the process and being completely transparent. We agreed to go through with it and met him at an local Enterprise where we were set up with a nice new Ford Explorer. The estimate on our hail damage totaled up to almost $9,000 which was much higher than I was expecting. The repairs to our RAV4 were done ahead of schedule in about a week and our car came back looking great. Elite Hail made this entire process of getting these repairs very clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend them if you have previous hail damage and I will definitely be telling all of my friends about Elite Hail Solutions!

The team at Elite is awesome! Even though they were super busy they made sure that everything was done correctly. I am not someone who enjoys dealing with insurance claims and they literally did everything for me. I am so grateful for this experience and for how easy they made everything! Thank you Elite Hail Systems!

Elite Hail Systems did a great job at fixing the hail damage on both my vehicles. Eli Daniely by far had the best customer service, he was very attentive and helped me out a lot with many things! Thank you everyone for helping me and my wife with both our vehicles!

They are good people to work with, I have no complaints, they did a great job on my vehicle and it was cleaned after, I was worry free with my insurance and Kris took care of me, I will go to her if I need anything, I trust her and she represented the company good to. I would give them ten plus stars. Go see Kris she is a woman of her word and will help you

Overall excellent service and the quality of workmanship is amazing! I could't even tell my car had been through a hail storm after Elite Hail fixed all the dents in the roof and hood. Lonnie Kraft was my service advisor and he was able to set me up with a complimentary rental car, was very communicative throughout the repair process, and my car was finished on time in about week. Thank you Lonnie and Elite Hail for the great customer service and repairing my car back to showroom quality. I would highly recommend them for body work and hail repairs!

I highly recommend this company for your painless repairs they did a great job 😊

Great customer service and repair.

I had a great customer experience at Elite Hail Systems. Jimmer and Donna were great and my car looked like new again after the repair of several dents from a big hail storm. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Robby and his crew did an outstanding job for us. We had a 2016 Lexus IS 350 damaged severely (in my opinion) by hail in Castle Rock. I contacted Robby and he began addressing all the issues and concerns with our insurance company for the repair. This eliminated us from having to deal with them. After getting the approval for repair, his crew began and completed the repair in 3 days. Upon seeing the completed repair I was ecstatic. It looked brand new again, as if it was never damaged. If I ever am subjected to such hail damage again I will definately be patronizing "Elite Hail Systems". I sincerely want to thank Robby for his concern for our satisfaction and his customer service. Respectfully, Dave

Neldin is great! She really took care of me and my automobile! She was professional, helpful, kind, thoughtful, and extremely efficient. Thanks so much Neldin!!! Elite Hail Systems did a great job overall. I would highly recommend them for all your auto body needs. Thanks Elite!!

Excellent service. Happy with the work. Amber was incredibly professional and helpful. Would recommend this business without reservation.

Great customer service and communication. Car looked brand new when work was completed. Had a lil snafu with my window and Robbie [owner] was quick to resolve. Really appreciate the work and the service! Top notch shop! A+++++

They did incredible work - I can’t tell there was any damage to begin with. The process went exactly how it’s laid out on their website. They covered my deductible as promised, dealt with insurance for me, and even though I didn’t have rental reimbursement as part of my coverage, they took care of that for me for two weeks. The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful as well (shoutout to Laura and Donna!). They made a very stressful time so much less worrisome. Highly, highly recommended!

Elite Hail Systems is great to work with! They do all the hard steps for you! Giuliana spoke with the Geico representative with me and made sure everything was good. She also help set up the car rental for me. I didn't have to miss work or anything! She also kept me updated. Laura was great with explaining everything as well! Thanks for the amazing customer service and fixing my car!

I had a unique situation as my truck was damaged from hail back in 2016 but due to high wait times from other auto-body dealers I was unable to get it in to get fixed. I was randomly given a business card for Elite Hail Systems back in 2018, so while I was sitting at home during the pandemic I stumbled on the card and called to see if I could still get my truck fixed. I was greeted with exceptional service and was able to get my truck in the next day. Even with the extended gap of the claim date EHS was able to get what they needed from insurance and get my truck fixed. I have a 2010 Nissan Titan and I can't tell you how many compliments I've received in the past couple weeks from people saying the truck looks brand new. Incredible service and exceptional detail work. All around satisfied.

Eli helped me out so much, he is the best to work with. He helped me last year when my car got damaged and again this year. I called him right when it happened, he got me in quickly and I just picked my car back up today. It looks great and I’ve been satisfied both times. Highly recommend going to Elite.

We had a very positive experience here. The expectations were very clear up front about repairing some serious hail damage to our CRV and the communications were great through the process. The end result was great - our car is back to a new-looking state. We were able to see the working area where the cars are repaired and it was very clean and organized, that always says something about an organization. This was truly a no-cost experience, no deductible or hidden costs.

ELITE IN EVERY WAY.
I’ve lived in Colorado my whole life and up until last summer had somehow avoided the dreaded hail storms that seem to come every year. But then the expected happened and my car was pummeled with ice pellets falling from the sky resulting in more bumps and bruises than a pubescent teenage boy.

I was reluctant to take my car into shops to get it fixed because I heard so many horror stories, like shops taking months to actually fix your car, endless battles with insurance, paying tons of money out of pocket etc.

But after seeing an ad for elite hail systems I finally decided to get my car fixed.

Rob answered my call right away and said I could bring my car in that day.

When I arrived I filled out a bit of paperwork and had a rental car ready for me.

Rob and team handled all the logistics with insurance and paid my rental car fees, which meant I paid zero out of pocket.

1.5 weeks later when I got my car. I hardly recognized it. Not only did they flawlessly get rid of every dent they detailed my car and I swear it looked better than when I drove it off the lot.

Every person I interacted with at elite was friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond in any circumstance.

So if another dreaded hail storm sweeps across Colorado. Give rob and elite hail
Systems a call.

Thank you to the Elite Hail Systems team for your excellent work and making the process so easy for me! This was my first hail damage experience so I didn’t know what to expect, but they walked me through the process and worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to pay anything for repairs or my rental car…incredible!! Thank you so much and I will definitely be recommending your services!

It all sounded too good to be true, but it wasn't! These guys did a killer job on my truck. Easy to schedule, quick turn around, and they handled all the details. Glad I had them do the work. I'd use them again and would recommend for sure.

I took my Honda to Elite because I was referred to them by my son. I am very pleased with the repairs and the entire experience!! Lonnie helped me from start to finish. He is the best! I highly recommend Elite Thank you so much Elite Hail Systems!

Elite Hail was wonderful to work with. From the beginning when Eli came to our house until we picked up our vehicles. Our family had a total of 4 vehicles with hail damage and Elite took care of each one. The did not over promise. Everything they said would happen did. Strongly recommend them to everyone.

Positive: Quality EHS did a great job on the hail damage. You literally cannot tell that it ever happened! They did what they said they would do and did it on time.

Rob the owner is great. Took care of everything from beginning to end. Dealt with insurance, car rental and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Amazing work, polite employees, great turn around time.

EHS did a great job on the hail damage. You literally cannot tell that it ever happened! They did what they said they would do and did it on time.

Dillon Adams is the best! I usually don't do well with people knocking on my door.. but I gave this guy a chance and he had my ride fixed up without me paying a dime .. super knowledgeable dude !!!

Both Ian and Joe at Elite Hail Systems were highly professional. I would trust them to make any repairs to my car.

They did a wonderful job fixing the hail damage on my car and got my car back within the promised time. They handled any questions or concerns I had and were very friendly, highly recommend. Thank you for the service.

I had hail damage from a storm back in May, took my car into Elite Hail Systems to have the damage fixed ($8500 worth of damage) I was told at the time of dropping my car off that it could take up to 4 weeks to get everything fixed which I was okay with. There was a few communication issues between Elite Hail and my insurance company, which resulted in my having to call or stop by the shop 3 times during the process (instead of being proactively called by Elite Hail) Also, it took closer to 6 weeks total time to have my car fixed. Aside from those challenges, the quality of work that they put out is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I couldn't believe how beautiful my car looked when I went to pick her up, she looked like a brand new car! Based off their quality of work, I would recommend them to anyone!

Moving forward, Elite Hail Systems will be my go to if I find myself with more hail damage. I can not say enough good things about my experience and the top notch service! They knocked it out of the park. They were honest, timely, respectful, and very meticulous with the work. Thanks again!
