Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://elitehailsystems.com website (the “Service”) operated by Elite Hail Systems, LLC and Elite Hail Systems Mobile, LLC as applicable (“ELITE” “us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elite Hail Systems LLC and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Elite Hail Systems LLC.
Elite Hail Systems LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

The Dent-Free Plus Plan
Dent-Free Plus Plan members are like family to us. Subscribers are always welcome to reach out with questions. Sometimes we can help with things beyond the services specifically mentioned in your plan. Sometimes we can point you in the right direction. Regardless, as a member of the club, it’s like you have family in the business and can always reach out and be treated as such.
Qualifications
The Dent-Free Plus Plan is available to approved applicants. All vehicles must be inspected and approved for membership.
The Plan is for nicer vehicles that you want to KEEP nice, and on which you carry full coverage insurance.
In the event of a hail damage incident requiring repairs, we’ll handle everything from A to Z as your plan describes. We will cover your deductible up to $1,000, make sure you don’t have to pay extra for a rental vehicle while we repair yours, and do everything in our power to get your vehicle back to its former glory and back on the road as quickly and easily as possible… without you paying a cent. Please understand these benefits apply only if Elite Hail Systems LLC actually completes the work of restoring your vehicle. The benefits do not apply if you choose to work with another provider, or if your vehicle is declared totaled.
Hail Repair Benefits
PRIORITY SERVICE – As a plan member, you’ll jump to the “front of the line” to get your situation handled as quickly as possible, allowing you to recover your full book value and eliminate the risk of pre-existing damage.
DEDUCTIBLE WAIVED – When we repair your hail damaged vehicle, we will pay your deductible up to a maximum of $1,000, by waiving our fees up to that amount so you don’t have to pay.
RENTAL CAR – If you, like most, need a vehicle to drive while we repair yours, we will set you up with a rental car. If your insurance covers this… great. If you do not have rental coverage, or it is not sufficient to cover the need… great. Elite Hail Systems will pay the difference. You will be able to go about your business while your car is restored, without requiring an additional expense.
CONCIERGE SERVICE – Elite Hail Systems will do everything in our power to meet your needs and facilitate the process to make it super easy for you. This can include filing your insurance claim on your behalf, and dealing with the insurance company to ensure you are fairly taken care of and receive ALL the necessary repairs to bring your vehicle back to full book value.
We’ll handle lining up your rental vehicle. Time or distance challenges to even bring your vehicle in to the shop? We can meet you at an Enterprise Rental location near you (they’re “everywhere”!) We’ll take a few minutes to ensure we’re on the same page with everything, inspect your vehicle, and get your “ok” to proceed. At that point, you’ll go about your business in your rental car, and we’ll shuttle your vehicle to our shop and get to work.
Beautiful Ride Benefits
FREE TOUCH-UPS – Door dings. Rock chips on your bumper and hood. Irritating scratches. These minor imperfections happen regularly to all of us… if you actually drive the vehicle! They tend to build up, gradually siphoning away the value of your ride, and turning your pride and joy into just another “beater jalopy.” As a Dent-Free Plus member, you’ll receive UNLIMITED FREE touch-ups of these minor damages. Just so we’re on the same page: A “touch-up” is exactly that. This is not a complete new professional paint job on your vehicle. A touch-up is what a reputable dealer might do with a used vehicle before selling it. The paint color is matched with high-quality automotive paint that is then meticulously applied to unsightly imperfections on the vehicle to make them practically disappear. In addition, as we are Paintless Dent Repair experts… we will “push out” those unfortunate door dings or little “oopsies”, and apply any necessary touch-up paint to these areas as well. Potentially, someone could open a heavy truck door into the side of your vehicle with such force as to create a LARGE amount of damage. For purposes of door ding coverage under the Dent-Free Plus Plan, a door ding qualifying for unlimited free touch-up will be defined as being smaller than a credit card. When you would like to come in to have one or more of these issues taken care of, simply reach out, and we’ll set up a time that works well. If you drop by the shop without notice, we might be able to take care of you, but cannot promise we’ll have the necessary skilled personnel available without notice. ANNUAL DETAIL – A good solid deep-cleaning once in a while not only helps retain the value of just about everything… but it just seems to make you feel a little better and make life seem a little smoother when you’re comfortably pampered in your beautiful ride as you navigate the daily stresses. We invite you to reach out once per year and schedule your FREE ANNUAL DETAIL. We will provide a very nice basic detail for you, and this is a great time to catch those errant dings and scratches as well… bringing back and maintaining that “new car feel!” FENDER-BENDER PROTECTION – Minor fender-benders just seem to be part of life, especially in heavily populated areas. If your ride is rocked by such an unfortunate scenario, we’ll be there to help. Please note that in order to avoid disruption to our primary business, we do not get involved with massive damage that has crumpled a car from a major collision; and such incidents are not covered under the Dent-Free Plus Plan. Fortunately, this is far, far less likely to happen to you than a simple fender-bender. If you do find yourself involved in a fender-bender, Elite Hail Systems will provide body shop repairs at a 20% Discount off our retail pricing, up to the amount of your $1,000 or less deductible. With the typical fender-bender coming in around $2,500-$3,000 in damage… for many people and scenarios, this savings will completely eliminate the deductible you’re responsible for.
Pricing and Terms
Please note that the value you receive is well beyond the cost of membership. We are able to provide this to you because if and when your car is hit in a hailstorm, not only will you get a ton more value from the protections offered by the program… but this is our opportunity to profit from the relationship. We are first and foremost an expert Paintless Dent Repair facility. This is a skill set and art form well beyond traditional body shop repairs, and your insurance company will compensate us well for taking excellent care of you should the need arise. The importance of having someone “in your corner” when something of this magnitude occurs cannot be over-stated. While we certainly hope that it won’t happen to you… hailstorms are simply a part of life in our area. Sometimes we restore people’s vehicles 2… 3… even 4 times in a single season. There’s no stronger way to protect your investment than with Elite Hail Systems’ DENT-FREE PLUS PLAN. Due to the value provided and immediately available to you upon joining, there is a minimum one year term. We will allow a monthly subscription at $37/month, and you can take advantage of benefits from the get-go… but let there be no confusion: you are entering into a contractual commitment of at least one year. Your monthly charge will continue to renew until such time as you choose to cancel; or we advise you that your vehicle no longer qualifies because as it ages and becomes less valuable, the program may no longer be a beneficial one for you. At a certain point, a vehicle no longer has enough value to be repaired after a hail storm, and it begins to make sense to consider options such as taking a check from the insurance company. The Annual Plan similarly is a minimum 1 year commitment which auto-renews until you cancel or the vehicle no longer qualifies. The 3 and 5 year terms are paid in full, up front, and do NOT auto-renew. Rather, at the end of your term we will discuss the most sensible manner to continue the program at that point should you wish to maintain your benefits and protection. There is no pro-rating of plans, and no cancellation within the agreed-upon term for which a refund will be issued. While there are no refunds; as mentioned earlier in the terms, we consider you a part of our family. We’re always here to help and will consider any unique situation individually.
